It has been reported that individuals operating under the Facebook name Mylene Jacal (using the profile name/alias Imperial) are actively soliciting and collecting unauthorized payments from customers via Facebook Messenger.
Please be guided by the official payment security protocols below:

• Direct Transfers: Directing customers to send money straight to a personal GCash number instead of official corporate accounts.

1. Stop All Transactions: Do not send money, screenshots of receipts, or personal information to this account.
2. Verify via Official Channels: Always verify payment requests through verified business hotlines or official websites.
3. Report Immediately: Block the profile on Facebook and report the mobile number directly to GCash customer support to freeze the fraudulent account.
