In relation to the 𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 we would like to provide the following update:

Our technical team has conducted point-to-point troubleshooting on the connection between our data centers in Makati and General Santos City. While configurations on both ends have been verified and remain intact, the connection is still unsuccessful. We continue to actively troubleshoot the issue to restore service as soon as possible.

Additionally, to help improve current network performance,𝐰𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐮𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌 𝐭𝐨 𝟕:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌.

This upgrade will not fully resolve the ongoing network degradation but is intended to help minimize its impact.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide further updates via email and SMS as more information becomes available.
