We would like to inform you that there was an incident in LIBBY ROAD LUMANSOC where several fiber optic cables were damaged due to fire. As a result, internet connectivity in affected locations is currently interrupted or unstable.

Our technical team has already conducted an initial assessment and confirmed that the affected fiber lines need to be reinstalled individually (per line) to ensure proper restoration of service. This process requires careful handling and may take some time to complete.

Restoration Plan:
1. Manual replacement and installation of damaged fiber lines
2. Line testing and signal verification per subscriber
3. Gradual restoration of internet service

We are doing our best to restore connectivity as soon as possible, but full service recovery may take longer than usual due to the extent of the damage.
