Our printer has fully recovered, and we’re happy to share that it didn’t even take half a day for us to get back to serving you!

Hi, Doliworks fam! 💛

Please be informed that we will be closed for half day tomorrow as we will be bringing our main printer for checking and maintenance.

As much as we want to continue full operations, we want to make sure that every print we provide meets our standard: clear, clean, and high quality, because you deserve nothing less 💖✨

Once we return tomorrow, we will resume store operations & continue to assist you with basic services while our main printer is at rest.

Doliworks Update 🐾🖨️

Our main printer is still resting (as announced yesterday) & will hopefully be back by noon today.

We’re taking this time to make sure that every print we provide is super clear and high quality, because you deserve nothing less 💖✨

Meanwhile, we are still open for basic services such as A4 printing, scanning, and photocopying using our backup printer.

Our school supplies and halo-halo are also available as usual! 🍧📚

🚨 AWARENESS POST 🚨

Yesterday was a very busy day for us, just doing our business as usual. May inquired about our services & asked about bulk discounts, and I patiently answered all his questions.

Later in the afternoon, I informed him that we can only proceed with printing once payment is made (as per our policy). Instead of paying, he booked a rider and sent him to our shop, making it seem like everything was already settled.

When the rider arrived, I asked if he had already been paid, and that’s when we found out that no payment or even a down payment had been made at all to him.

Good thing we strictly follow our rule: NO PAYMENT = NO SERVICE.

Nasayang oras namin, but what’s more concerning is the rider’s situation. Ang mahal na ng gas ngayon, and yet may mga ganitong tao na walang konsensya at consideration.

Thankfully, both of us stayed safe and handled the situation calmly.

🙏 As a small help, I will be posting the kuya rider’s calling card here to support him. He was very polite, patient, and professional despite the situation. Sana mabigyan siya ng more bookings—he truly deserves it.
