Effective today, we are implementing these new set of terms and conditions below. Please be guided accordingly.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. An account is considered overdue when the customer is unable to pay any monthly amortization as they fall due.
2. Overdue accounts will be charged at 4% penalty interest after the lapse of 15 days grace period until the date of payment.
3. Two months delay of monthly amortization, if no payments made, the unit will be pulled-out for safe keeping. The customer is given a 15 days redemption period. Upon redemption, the customer is required to pay in full the overdue amount and penalties before the unit will be given back to the customer.
4. Past due is when the outstanding balance is not paid upon expiration of the term.
5. When the account becomes past due, the customer will be charge past due interest at 4% per month based on the outstanding balance from the date of maturity.
6. If the customer decides to return the unit, it must be in good condition with original parts and accessories. Otherwise, the customer shall be liable to pay the missing items or broken parts. All payments made is non-refundable.
7. Even if the unit is stoled, damaged due to negligence of the customer or due to fortuitous events, the customer is still liable to pay the remaining balance of his/her account.
8. The customer is prohibited from pawning or selling the units in any forms may it cash or installment to a third party unless fully paid. Otherwise, the total outstanding balance shall become due immediately.
9. For warranty coverage, the terms and conditions stipulated in the warranty card/warranty guidebook will be followed.
