FRUIT IS HEALTHY BUT DON’T EAT IT THE WRONG WAY
Fruit is healthy — but the right fruit at the right time can make a big difference. 🍍🍌🍎
1️⃣ Avoid eating pineapple when you have an ulcer, but eat bananas. 🍍➡️🍌
Pineapple is acidic and may feel irritating for some sensitive stomachs. Bananas are softer and gentler for many people.
2️⃣ Avoid eating green bananas when you are constipated, but eat papaya. 🍌➡️🧡
Green bananas can feel harder to digest for some people. Papaya may be easier on digestion and can support regularity.
3️⃣ Avoid eating all sweet fruits when you have cancer, but eat cucumbers. 🍇➡️🥒
4️⃣ Avoid eating papaya when you have diarrhea, but eat apples. 🧡➡️🍎
Apples can be gentle and contain fiber that may help some people. Choose applesauce if your stomach feels sensitive.
5️⃣ Avoid eating pears before exercise, but eat dates. 🍐➡️🌴
Pears are healthy but may feel heavy or gassy before a workout for some people. Dates provide quick energy and are easier for many beginners before training.
6️⃣ Avoid eating coconut when you have cholesterol, but eat oranges. 🥥➡️🍊
Coconut can be high in saturated fat depending on the form. Oranges provide vitamin C, hydration, and fiber.
7️⃣ Avoid eating mango when blood sugar is high, but eat avocado. 🥭➡️🥑
Mango is nutritious but higher in natural sugar. Avocado is lower in sugar and provides healthy fats that help keep meals satisfying.
Beginner reminder: Fruit is not the enemy. The goal is to choose smarter based on your body, your digestion, and your health needs.
✅ Eat whole fruit more often than juice
✅ Pair fruit with protein or healthy fats
✅ Watch portions if managing blood sugar
✅ Choose gentle fruits when your stomach is sensitive
✅ Ask a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition
