Initial operational plan.

A month before the operation target, there must be a series of flyers giving and posting of posters. Hiring of employees such as front liners, marketing and account associate.

The marketing and account associate must create a program for computer owners. A program that will allow them to sign up and pay for computer services periodically.

In the second quarter, if the sign up quota reached, we'll be expanding display and repair office in the second districts of Davao City, as well as, expanding in the third district if the quota reaches 200%.

Seven (7) Employees = P 165,000.00
Operating expenses = P 920,000.00
Product display = P 950,000.00

Total cost = P 2.04 million php

Operating expenses includes:
Purchase of service van
Store renovation
Rental, permits, gasoline, etc.

Product display includes:
10 units brand new laptop
10 units brand new desktop
10 units assembled desktop
Parts and accessories

With a sign up drive during the three (3) months operation, estimated of 1000 client quota, we will be able to raise half of the investment amount on the first three (3) months operation.

I'm Romeo Arong, 41 years old, a Filipino currently in Davao City, Philippines. I'm looking for a partner or an investor for a computer business I plan to start.

1. Brand new computer retailer ( parts and accessories)
2. Computer services (repair and installation)

I'm currently a freelance computer technician, a college graduate of a four (4) year Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Bachelor of Science in Commerce.
