NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

The driver or operator of a public utility vehicle (PUV) who does not give a 20% discount on the fare of students, senior citizens, and persons with disability (PWD) is subject to fines and penalties.

This privilege is stated in Republic Act (RA) No. 11314 or Student Fare Discount Act, RA No. 9442 or amended Magna Carta for Persons with Disability (PWD), and RA No. 9994 or Expanded Senior Citizens Act.
