We recently completed a five-day EVM development workshop with the City Government of Davao's IT team (CITC).

Rather than running through traditional lectures, the session was structured as a hands-on development sprint. Over five days, the CITC team worked directly within the Ethereum environment—writing smart contracts, debugging issues, and developing a functional project aimed at local public service applications.

A big thank you to the CITC team for exploring blockchain R&D with us. With ten local government developers now actively building on the EVM stack, we’re looking forward to seeing where this collaboration leads.
