Crossfire ceased last service on March 3, 2020.

We think that we could maintain service so far.

▣ Crossfire Service Termination Notice
▶ After regular inspection on Wednesday, January 29, 2020
-New character creation limit (including NAVER channeling customers)
-Can't charge and buy cache
-Full Permanent Payment of Released VVIP Weapons
※ The PC room premium benefits will be maintained until the game service ends.
▶ After regular inspection on Tuesday, March 3, 2020
-Game and website termination
※ When the service ends, all services on the game service and website are not available.
▣ Refund upon termination of service
Remaining cache for unused and unused cache items less than one year after purchase.
We will refund your money according to the refund policy, so please check the refund amount and apply for a refund according to the instructions below.

February 3, 2020 (Mon) ~ March 3, 2020 (Tue)

-Exclude event cache
3. Partial refund: Unused item less than 1 year old
-As of January 29, 2020, inspection date
-Exclude items purchased through the Event Cache
※ Note: The amount less than 1,000 won is not refundable.

-Check the refund amount after logging in by clicking the [Request Refund] button
-Enter the refund information (bank, account holder, account number) and click the [Apply] button
-Within 10 days of receiving the refund, your deposit will be deposited
※ Refund amount inquiry and application are possible from 2/3 Monday.
※ For NAVER customers, only refunds can be viewed.
