Good day Sir, Boss

Regarding po sa CCTV issue, nais po naming ipaliwanag na ang system ay fully working po noong matapos ang initial installation.

Base po sa assessment, nagkaroon po ng changes/modifications sa wiring na hindi po galing sa aming team. Dahil dito, posibleng nagkaroon ng line interruption kaya hindi na gumagana ang isang camera.

Sa ganitong case po, hindi na po ito covered ng warranty since may unauthorized na gumalaw sa installation.

Gayunpaman, handa pa rin po kaming tumulong at mag onsite visit para ma-check at maayos ang issue. Magkakaroon lang po ng minimal service charge para sa transportation.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong pag-unawa. Nandito po kami para tumulong at maibalik sa maayos na kondisyon ang inyong CCTV system.
