Diagnosis : Multiple instances of AV software, malware-infested system.
Client additional Requests : Backup documents
Fixes : Primed infested system for backups (removed all AV, Malware) . Backed up 7gb documents via Google Drive using our Fiber connection (takes about less than an hour). Refreshed OS and removed bloatware from a stock ASUS laptop. Installed productivity apps and updated all drivers.

Thanks to our Wifi 6 router, PLDT Fiber capabilities and the clients' hardware that supports it, we could easily upload all 7gb and download all of them in less than 2 hours.
