As we wrap up the month of love, we’re looking back at a celebration that went beyond the usual flowers and chocolates.

This year, we traded the traditional Valentine’s routine for something deeper. For the first time, MinebeaMitsumi Cebu hosted a dedicated Love Month Celebration, centered on the belief that a workplace should be more than just a place of work—it should be a community where we share stories, laugh, and grow together.

The highlight of the afternoon was an insightful session on the realities of modern relationships led by Rev. Jimmy Casinillo. Our employees took an active role in the narrative, utilizing heart props to express their agreement or disagreement on various relationship topics, ensuring the conversation was as inclusive as it was enlightening.

Last February 10th, the 6th All MinebeaMitsumi Team Building Award brought together 11 exceptional teams from Japan, Thailand, China, the Philippines, Cambodia, India, the United States, Brazil, and Italy at Tokyo XTech Garden.

We are proud to celebrate the Philippines team, who earned the Silver Award (2nd Place) with their project: “Smart Factory, Smarter People: Empowering Problem Solvers for the Factory of the Future.”

This achievement reflects a remarkable cross-functional collaboration between the Continuous Improvement Division (CID), Optical Device BU (OIS BU), Information Technology Division (IT), Automation Engineering Center (AEC), and the Global Support Center (GSC).
