SERVICE checkup and technician is free for one (1) year under EXOUSIA PC. Client should bring the PC to the store or provide transportation fees for the service technician.
2. Proof of purchase shall always be presented in claiming warranty service (this contract shall serve as proof of purchase).
3. Only brand new parts are ensured and under warranty of EXOUSIA PC for 8 months
4. Warranty i
s valid only to the original client.
5. Date when product is received shall be considered the 1st day of warranty period
6. EXOUSIA PC will help you with information you need to match your desired system set up base on past projects and experience but it shall serve as a reference ONLY when buying.
7. Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not apply to accidental or malicious damage after handling the item to client.
8. Parts, Specs, and price may subject to change based on stocks availability.
9. All 2nd hand parts will be insured by EXOUSIA PC for 30 Days.
10. Warranty coverage shall only be applied under normal working condition.
11. Warranty coverage is void:
a. If warranty seal has been tampered, altered or with in any way
b. If component, system configuration has been service, repaired, or altered by other parties other than EXOUSIA PC
c. If component has physical damage brought by improper or forceful installation
12. Item or desktop bundle once delivered is considered sold. If item is return defective it shall only be covered by:
i. Two-week outright replacement (Desktop bundles)
ii. Manufactures Warranty Policy, subject for pull-out, inspection or service
13. Return of defective item:
a. For return/change of items and or bundles due to CHANGE OF MIND, is not excuse for validity of return. For return of defective item or desktop bundle, client will be the one to handle cost for shipping/transport of goods to, or from Gaming office. The item/ desktop bundle shall be returned intact, complete with boxes and peripherals such as installer, manual and spare parts included in the package
14. Exousia Pc shall not be liable for any missing goods (shipping) incurred during transit. Exousia Pc discretion ends upon handling the item to courier for delivery/pick up.
15. Box and accessories must be intact and complete. Please keep the boxes in pristine condition for warranty claim purposes
ANNEX B – OTHER CONDITIONS
1. Two (2) valid Identification Cards must be presented by CLIENT upon signing agreement. CLIENT allows SERVICE PROVIDER to take photographs of Identification Cards for documentation purposes only. SERVICE PROVIDER shall not use Identification Cards for other purposes as stated in Section 3 of the Standard Terms of this agreement.
2. Parts and prices may change without prior notice and depending on the availability of the item but shall be communicated by SERVICE PROVIDER before service is provided.
3. Any shipments made outside Metro Manila shall be expenses shouldered by CLIENT.
4. EXOUSIA PC shall not be responsible for any damages that may arise from shipping products.
