ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS, FACULTY, EMPLOYEES, INCOMING FRESHMEN

Please be informed that as per Office Advisory No. 01 series of 2026 issued by the OIC - Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, there will be a scheduled power interruption in the Main Campus on July 10-12, 2026 due to the on-going electrical works in the campus. In this regard, all servers in the Data Center will be shutdown effective 6:00 PM today, July 9, 2026 until 7:30 AM of July 13, 2026.

ATTENTION ALL INCOMING FRESHMEN FOR ENROLLMENT THIS FIRST SEMESTER SY 2026-2027

Please read the contents of the infographics posted herein for your reference on the upcoming freshmen enrollment on July 15, 2026.

Please be informed that all freshmen enrollment, regardless of course and campus, will all be done in the University Covered Court in the Main Campus, Daet, Camarines Norte. To effectively carry out the enrollment process, the university will implement a two-batch enrollment. The morning batch will be for all the courses in the Main Campus, plus the BS Fisheries program of the Mercedes Campus. The afternoon batch will be for all the courses in the satellite campuses except for the BS Fisheries program. Please bring with you your Admission Slip and attend the NSTP Orientation first. This will be followed by the enrollment proper. The signature and ID picture-taking will be the last step for enrollment.

Please ensure to wear a plain white polo shirt as this will be strictly implemented during the picture-taking.

Please be informed that the servers are currently heavily loaded due to the influx of simultaneous users currently accessing the initial registration portal. As a result, most users accessing the Initial Registration portal and Online Admission System (OAS) right now will experience slow and intermittent access. We recommend some users to access both systems later this afternoon or in the evening.

The enrollment schedule on July 15, 2026 is for the following:

1. All remaining incoming freshmen who submitted their requirements and with their Admission Slips already.

2. Incoming freshmen who missed their previously scheduled enrollment date.

Please note that this will be the final enrollment schedule for all incoming freshmen this SY 2026-2027.

Please be guided accordingly.

📢 𝗘𝗡𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥 | 𝟭𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥, 𝗔.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳

Please be guided by the enrollment schedule and important dates for the upcoming semester across the Main and Satellite campuses.

The initial registration of continuing regular and irregular students from 2nd year to 4th year will run from July 2, 2026, to July 25, 2026.

For the remaining and qualified incoming freshmen who missed the previous enrollment schedule last June 15–22, 2026, the on-site enrollment will be on July 15, 2026. Details regarding the specific venue for this enrollment will be provided in a separate announcement.

The on-site enrollment for shifters, transferees, and returnees will be on July 16, 2026. Main Campus students will be accommodated at the Office of the College Registrar, while satellite campus students should proceed to their Campus Registrar of their respective department.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: ALL TRANSFEREES, whether from the main or satellite campuses, will be accommodated at the Office of the College Registrar on the Main Campus.

Kindly note that classes will officially begin on August 3, 2026. Meanwhile, the last day for the withdrawal or cancellation of enrollment will be on August 15, 2026. Please ensure all necessary arrangements are made ahead of your respective schedules.
