my dearest Logonians,

we understand that our fees are higher than other institutions. we are transparent with this. we are not like the traditional way of sending/receiving money where you have to go to the mainland anymore. our operations do not require us going out of the safety of our homes. this is why we are very particular in letting you accept our fees first before agreeing to do the transactions for you.

kindly please note that all transactions are done online. we have no hold whatsoever with regards to online fees and charges. we are only offering money transfers and handling due to this critical situation we are in right now.

if there was any way we could change how we are doing things, we would definitely do this in the future when we will not be totally dependent only on online transactions.
