Para sa tanang clients/ subscribers magpahigayon kami og pag transfer sa server from our Old system to the a New One.

expected mawala ang internet ana adlawa, apan Mabalik ra dayon kini after naay tech mo anha sa inyuhang end para mo reconfigure sa inyung gigamit nga routers/modem

Estimated time mahuman ni tanan is 6hrs (if walay kakulian mas lesser pa og mas madali)

Estimated Start time 9-10am ( if mas masayo the better paramabalik daun ang service)

Activity/Reason:
• NGCP Compostela will be having their scheduled annual PMS of their 50 MVA Power Transformer. Also, CEBECO II is limited to have an allowable load of 42 MW to prevent overloading, or else they will be forced to have a Manual Load Drop (MLD). Possible power outages as per scheduled advised by NGCP Grid Operator to be experienced within 1-2 hours Rotational Scheduled.

We are experiencing PLDT major problems , High Pings and Packet loss ang atong ma experience. Days nani cya usually every night during Peak hours sa Internet Usage masinati , Mostly nasinati ni cya sa mga naka business line nga PLDT sa Danao Liloan, diri sa atoa Compostela and some parts of cebu,

including some residential connections nakasinati ani..

We hope for your kind understanding with regards to this matter., wala tay mahimo ani kundi to wait nga ma Stable si PLDT.
