As of this time, the Visayas Grid remains under 𝐘𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭 Status, which means power supply is currently sufficient but with limited reserve capacity.

To keep everyone informed and prepared, please be advised that if the grid status escalates to 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭, which means power demand is higher than the available supply, rotational brownouts 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 to help maintain overall grid stability.

If a Red Alert is declared, the following areas may experience rotational brownouts:

Just a quick reminder—based on our contract, if you plan to disconnect your internet service, please let us know ahead of time. If we don’t receive any notice and there are unpaid bills, the billing will continue, and the balance will still need to be settled.
