· Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
· Required language(s): English
· At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Required Skill(s): customer service, organization and planning, flexible, multitasking, minimum supervision, computer proficient (MS Office)
· Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
· Positive attitude
Duties and Responsibilities
· Coordinate with technicians about their schedules and deliverables (itinerary for the week, reports weekly on Saturdays)
· Track Board of Directors (BOD) activities and deliverables
· Filing and documentation (update templates, legal documents, contracts of clients)
· Accept call inquiries
· Office/pantry supplies monitoring
· Contact building administration when needed
· Assist/coordinate events (parties and team building)
· Record management meeting
· Assist in purchasing requirements
· Setup sales calls for Account Managers/leads
· Petty cash custodian
· Coordinate with accounting firm
· Create invoices/billing statements
· Record all accounting expenses
· Monitor and keep records of office monthly bills (rent, utilities, purified water, etc.)
· Perform other duties as assigned
