We're hiring for an Administrative Assistant role
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support
Maintail all records and files
Manage inventory of office supplies
Act as liason officer to government agencies
Act as point of contact for clients and general support for visitors
Prepare and submit expense reports
Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of office
Fasciliate recruitment and general HR related tasks
Organize and oversee various office improvements
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management
Qualifications
Professional degree of a relevant nature
Previous experience in the same or similar role
