Another client request successfully built and turned over! 🏠⚡

Mr. Cabigon brought us his spec sheet for a clean, high-performance workstation and gaming build. We assembled this all-white aesthetic setup using a high-airflow dual-chamber chassis, customized the fan configuration for optimal intake and exhaust, and stress-tested it on our bench to ensure stable thermals under load.

Another system unit assembled via Home Service all the way in Looc, Danao City, Cebu! 🏠⚡

Our client ordered all his components online and called us in to handle the assembly on site. We put everything together, routed all cables neatly inside the chassis, verified BIOS settings, and ran stability checks before handoff.

Another system unit fixed via drop-off and pick-up right here at Basak, Cebu City! 🏠🛠️

Our client brought his system in showing a CPU debug light on the motherboard after trying several troubleshooting steps at home, including reseating the processor itself. When we hooked it up to our test bench, both the CPU and DRAM debug indicators were lighting up.

After inspecting the board, we found that the BIOS had been recently updated. We isolated the components using a spare CPU and cleared the CMOS to reset the board settings, which successfully got the system to POST. Further testing revealed that his original RAM stick had died completely—we tried reviving and testing it multiple times, but it failed to post every time.

To get his setup back up and running right away without breaking the bank, he opted to purchase our pre-loved 8GB (2x4GB) RAM kit as a temporary fix. While the unit was open, we cleared out the heavy dust buildup inside the case, performed a fresh installation of Windows 11, and updated all system drivers.

Now his machine is fully functional, clean, and booting smoothly again! 🚀⚡

Ms. Bringcula secured one of our Gigabyte RTX 2060s for her setup. We prepped the unit on our bench, gave it a full deep clean, applied fresh thermal paste, and ran stress tests before handoff to ensure low operating temperatures and rock-solid stability.

Our client was getting black screens on his old rig and brought it in for a full diagnosis. We tracked the issue down to a dead motherboard. Rather than just replacing the board, he decided to upgrade the platform around his current case while saving money by keeping his existing RAM, given current memory prices.

Another system unit diagnosed and rebuilt via Drop-Off and Pick-Up right here at Basak, Cebu City! 🏠🛠️

Our client tried building his own rig at home, but when he first powered it on, he saw a spark come from the power supply. Smartly, he stopped right there and brought the entire setup to our shop for a safety check and proper diagnosis.

Upon testing his components on our bench, we confirmed that his original power supply had short-circuited and was completely dead. Luckily, the rest of his hardware survived the surge! To get the build finished, he decided to purchase our Silverstone Strider PSU.

Once the new power supply was in place, we completely tore down the rig and rebuilt it from scratch. We routed all cables cleanly, performed a fresh Windows installation, and updated all system drivers to make sure everything was running solid and stable.

Now his rig is safe, neatly wired, and ready to go! 🚀⚡
