Ms. Aurita brought her rig to us after it suddenly refused to power on, with all system fans staying completely dead when hitting the power button.

Our bench troubleshooting and maintenance process:
Performed a complete tear-down to inspect power delivery, connections, and internal wiring.
Rewired and cleaned the system components, clearing out loose connections that were cutting off power delivery.
Relubed the seized case fans so they could spin back up smoothly and regain their full RPM range.
Installed two new mechanical hard drives requested by the client to expand her storage capacity.

Ran a full power and stability check to ensure everything boots up cleanly.

Another system unit fixed via Home Service at Casa Mira, Labangon, Cebu City! 🏠🛠️

Mr. Arradaza reached out to us after his computer suddenly shut down during routine daily work. Upon turning the system back on, the unit powered up but failed to POST or output a display signal.

Our technician ran through a step-by-step bench isolation process on-site:
Tested individual RAM channels and confirmed that slot/channel two was failing to initialize memory sticks.
Removed the CPU cooler and lifted the processor from its socket to inspect the contact pads.
Discovered surface corrosion on the CPU contact pads, which was severing memory controller connections to the second slot.
Cleaned the CPU contact points using specialized electronic contact cleaner and cleared out the socket area.
Reinstalled the processor, reseated all RAM modules, and verified dual-channel memory detection.
Booted into the BIOS to enable XMP, bringing his RAM back up to its maximum rated speed.
Ran stress tests to ensure full post-repair stability and thermals under load.

The system is now booting smoothly with full memory capacity and high-speed operation restored! ⚡

Another system unit random shutdown isolated via Home Service at Punta Princesa, Cebu City! 🏠🛠️

Mr. Comajes reached out to us to troubleshoot persistent, unpredictable system shutdowns during daily use.

Our bench isolation process on-site:
Swapped out components one by one to narrow down the trigger. Initial hardware swaps showed false positives because the processor could still complete basic CPU-only stress tests without instantly crashing.
Isolated the issue directly to the integrated graphics core of the Ryzen 5 5600G. The APU ran fine during pure CPU compute loads but consistently crashed and triggered system shutdowns as soon as any iGPU stress test was executed.
Tested a dedicated graphics card in the system to bypass the internal graphics. The CPU failed to initialize a display signal through the PCIe slot, and the dedicated card was not detected in Device Manager or the system topology.
Confirmed a failing PCIe lane and iGPU controller on the processor itself, giving the client a clear diagnostic answer so he can plan his upcoming system upgrade.

Mr. Pinote reached out to us for some long-overdue maintenance on a rig he built two years ago that had never been opened or cleaned.

Upon our initial diagnostic check, we spotted a few performance bottlenecks right away:
Memory was running at base DDR5 speed (4800MHz) instead of its full rated potential.
Graphics card was installed in the lower secondary PCIe slot, restricting bandwidth.
Addressable RGB case fans were un-synced and running on mismatched default profiles.

What we did:
Fully stripped down the chassis to remove two years of built-up dust from fan blades, heatsinks, and intake mesh.
Moved the RTX 4060 to the primary top PCIe x16 slot to ensure full direct-to-CPU lane bandwidth.
Rewired the ARGB lighting controllers so every fan syncs smoothly across the setup.
Completely reworked internal cable management behind the motherboard tray for a clean look and unimpeded airflow.
Enabled AMD EXPO in the BIOS, boosting memory speeds up to a stable 6800MHz.
Refreshed thermal paste and stress-tested system thermals under full load.

Ms. Cordero brought her system unit back to our shop for routine maintenance after we serviced her graphics card a few months ago.

We cleared out all the built-up dust from internal components, refreshed thermal paste on the processor, and completely re-routed the wiring behind the motherboard tray to give her setup a clean look and better airflow.

What we did:
Fully cleared out dust from the main chassis, case fans, and heatsinks.
Re-routed internal wiring with clean cable management for better airflow.
Applied fresh high-performance thermal paste to the CPU.
Performed stress tests to verify stable system temperatures under load.

Another laptop LCD replacement completed via drop-off and pick-up right here at Basak, Pardo, Cebu City! 🏠💻

Mr. Tindogan previously brought this laptop to us for a complete deep cleaning a few months ago. He brought the unit back to our shop for a screen replacement after the display panel was damaged.

What we did:
Carefully disassembled the display bezel and safely removed the damaged LCD panel.
Installed a fresh, high-quality display panel and verified full display functionality.
Tested screen brightness levels, color output, and panel refresh behavior.
Cleaned the screen housing and reassembled the bezel to ensure a secure fit.
