Grateful to Central Philippines State University โ CPSU Hinigaran Campus for the opportunity to serve as Chairman of the Board of Panelists during the Final Defense held on April 9, 10, and 11, 2026.
It was a privilege to witness the hard work, preparation, and determination of the students as they presented the results of their research and system development efforts. Seeing young innovators articulate their ideas, defend their work, and respond to technical questions reflects the growing culture of academic excellence and applied innovation within the campus.
My appreciation as well to the faculty members, advisers, fellow panelists, and the entire academic community for the trust and warm collaboration throughout the three-day activity.
Congratulations to all student researchers. May this milestone continue to inspire stronger solutions, meaningful innovation, and technology that serves communities.
