In a recent Seminar on ICT Policies, Cybercrime Law, and the use of Virtual Laboratory at Samar State University's Research and Innovation Center, professionals and enthusiasts came together to explore important topics influencing the digital landscape. The event concentrated on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) policies, the Cybercrime Law, and the practical application of Virtual Laboratories, offering valuable insights into these fast-changing areas.
