SERVICE ADVISORY UPDATE #1: GTSI - Sariaya, Quezon

We are pleased to inform our valued subscribers in Brgy. Lutucal, Lutucan Malabag, Montecillo, Sariaya, Quezon of the current status of the internet outage.

⚠️ CURRENT STATUS: Ongoing Restoration
🔧 ACTION: Our technicians are currently adjusting the loop in the main line fiber. After the adjustment, the 16-core fiber will be respliced.
🕔 UPDATED ETR: 2:00 PM (subject to change depending on field conditions)

As of 9:30 AM, restoration work has begun, and our technical team is carefully completing the resplicing process to ensure stable connectivity.

We sincerely apologize for the internet service disruption — no internet connection or a blinking red LOS (Loss of Signal) light — currently affecting GTSI subscribers in Sariaya, Quezon, particularly in the following areas:

• Brgy. Montecillo

The outage is due to a main line fiber cut caused by a fire incident in front of Cadiz Bakery.
