We swapped out the power unit and performed a clean OS recovery to get this rig running smoother than ever.

Huge thanks to Mr. Randy, one of our valued returning customers from 2023, for reaching out once again! 🤝

​Even with a brand-new PC from another shop, things weren't running quite as they should.

After a thorough inspection, we identified a few critical "silent killers" that were causing random shutdowns:

​Wrong Connections:
The CPU fan was incorrectly plugged into a system fan header, preventing proper thermal management.

​Dried Paste:
Despite regular "blower sessions," the thermal paste had completely dried up, leaving the processor gasping for air.

​Deep Clean Needed:
Dust buildup was hiding in spots a simple blower couldn't reach.

​The Result?
After a full teardown, repaste, and a fresh OS reinstall, Mr. Randy is back to grinding in Mir4 and Ran Online with absolute peace of mind. No more worrying about sudden black screens in the middle of a raid!
