β’ Same Day Delivery. Do we accept a refund? There is no cash refund policy. A change of mind is not a valid excuse for a return/replacement and refund. What is the policy on item Warranty? The warranty period shall begin to run from the date of delivery. The items/bundles are covered by warranty for a period of 1 YEAR for the main parts, and for accessories and peripherals, 30 days, upon the condition that they were stored, installed and serviced according to the instructions, applicable standards and specifications set forth in Collinxβs catalogues and notices.
1. Any product that has been delivered will be considered as sold. Replacement is only possible if there is evidence of an item defect. Strictly no refund.
2. Warranty are exclusive to hardware included in your purchase. Any software-related issue are user's discretion.
3. No Warranty shall be granted for incidents that are caused by deteriorations/accidents resulting from negligent or malicious acts, faulty installations and maintenance, or use that does not comply with our terms and instructions.
* Void warranty if burned, overclocked, damaged, etc.
- If the warranty seal has been tampered, altered, or with in any way
- No receipt, No warrant. Proof of purchase is needed.
- The item/bundle should be complete prior to how it was delivered. (Box, instruction manuals, spare parts, etc.)
- If a component, or system configuration has been serviced, repaired, or altered by a third party without consent other than Collinx
- If a component has physical damage brought by improper or forceful installation
4. In order to avail these provisions, it is the responsibility of the customer to:
- Inform Collinx of the defects and must provide complete and valid evidence/proof.
- Allow Collinx to confirm these defects and troubleshoot them
- Refrain from carrying out the repair itself or having a third party repair it without the consent of Collinx for this might result in voiding the warranty.
5. The buyer will also be the one responsible for the cost of shipping/delivery to the physical store.
- Collinx shall not be responsible for any missing/damaged products that occurred during the transit. It is no longer our responsibility after handling the item to the courier.
