3. client MUST pick up the equipment and caretaker from my place, inspect the unit for damages, present ID and billing statement (just so i know you are who you say you are), sign a rental agreement and receipt for the unit/s, and pay in full with deposit. only then will the client be able to take the equipment and caretaker with him/her. client must agree to have the caretaker oversee the unit at all times. if the client refuses to take the caretaker to certain spots in his/her shoot, we reserve the right to pack up and discontinue rendering our services. please advise us of the dress code, if any.
