Paalala sa Lahat ng Mga Stakeholder sa Industriya ng V**e
Ito ay isang paalala na simula Setyembre 6, 2024, ang Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) ay mahigpit na ipapatupad ang pangangailangan ng PS Marking at Import Commodity Clearance (ICC) sa lahat ng v***r products na ibinebenta sa Pilipinas.
Kasabay nito, ipapatupad din ng Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) ang excise tax stamp requirements sa lahat ng excisable v***r products. Ang pagpapatupad na ito ay bahagi ng aming patuloy na pagsusumikap upang matiyak ang ganap na pagsunod sa Republic Act No. 11900 at Republic Act No. 11467 para sa lahat ng mga miyembro.
Hinihikayat namin ang lahat ng kalahok sa industriya na suriin ang kanilang kalagayan sa pagsunod at gawin ang kinakailangang hakbang upang matugunan ang mga regulasyong ito bago ang petsa ng pagpapatupad.
* *Pakitandaan na ang mga imported na produkto ng v**e ay maaaring mag-apply para sa PS mark o ICC stickers lamang. Para sa mga produktong gawa sa loob ng bansa, ang mga kumpanya ay dapat mag-apply ng PS mark para sa kanilang mga produkto.*

To all v**e industry stakeholders:
This is a reminder that starting September 6, 2024, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) will strictly enforce the requirement of PS Marking and Import Commodity Clearance (ICC) on all v***r products sold in the Philippines.
In addition, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) will also enforce the excise tax stamp requirements on all excisable v***r products. This enforcement is part of the ongoing commitment to ensuring full compliance with Republic Act No. 11900 and Republic Act No. 11467 for all industry players.
We urge all industry participants to review their compliance status and take the necessary steps to meet these regulatory requirements before the enforcement date.
*Please note that imported v***r products may either apply for a PS mark or ICC stickers only. For locally manufactured products, companies should apply for a PS mark for their products.
