Technical Support Specialist
(Clark Satellite Office)

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and developing good relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
• Visiting existing/potential customers and have actual product demonstration.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least ECE, Computer Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent
• Preferably knows how to drive the car, motorcycle and possesses a valid Driver's License.
• Willing to do on-site within or outside Pampanga (*reimbursable all travel expenses including other allowances.)
• Knowledgeable in hardware and software troubleshooting, deploying, maintenance and repair. (Desktop or Laptop, printers and scanners repair).
• Full-Time position available.
• Preferably residing at Pampanga area.
• Willing to work at Clark Satellite Office.
