Ten years of growth, learning, and impact—congratulations to Mary Grace! Here’s her reflection on this milestone:

"My most memorable experience over the past decade has been witnessing and being a part of Engagis's incredible growth journey. I still clearly remember working in a small setup with just 13 other people, moving to a small office building, and now working in our much larger office with close to 90 employees. Being kept on as a key staff member through these major growth and restructuring periods—especially when many others were moved on—made me realize just how vital and consistent my role has been to the company's operations.

My role has evolved significantly over the years. I started as a Junior Admin Staff, and after just seven months, I was promoted to Quotes Specialist. A year and three months after that, I became a Senior Quotes Specialist, which is my current role. The biggest shift in responsibility came when I transitioned from simply auditing other people's task progress to independently managing a high-priority, vital customer account. The key lesson I'd like to pass on to newer team members is this: The trust shown by Engagis management - supported by the leaders - was the main thing that helped me grow professionally. Look forward to taking on new challenges, as trust and responsibility are the best fuel for your career development here at Engagis.

"One of my most memorable achievements has been growing with the Support team from its early beginnings. I started as one of the pioneers in Support, handling technical support and customer service across all communication channels. Seeing our team evolve from just four people into the strong, capable group we have today is something I am incredibly proud of.

Over my ten years at Engagis, my role has transformed significantly. I transitioned from managing basic issue resolutions to taking on strategic responsibilities and representing the organization in key client meetings.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned and the advice I’d share with newer team members is this: You may gain opportunities through your abilities, but only your attitude can preserve them. "Over the years, my role at Engagis has evolved significantly. I started as a Level 1 Support in a very small team, back when we didn’t have clear processes or structured workflows. We learned everything hands-on, figured things out together, and built the foundations that helped the team grow.

As the company expanded, I moved into a Level 2 Support role, where I handled escalations and managed monthly reporting for clients. This taught me the importance of accountability, communication, and staying calm under pressure.

Eventually, I transitioned into the Project Coordinator role, which has allowed me to apply everything I learned in support while developing new skills around planning, coordination, and client management. It’s been a rewarding journey of continuous growth.

One thing I would pass on to newer team members is this: don’t be afraid to ask questions, stay curious, and embrace the learning process. The challenges you encounter will help shape your skills, and every experience—big or small—contributes to your growth. Most importantly, trust that there is always a team ready to support you.
