A PSS Once upon a time…. A DECISION IS A COMMITMENT — AND TIME MATTERS.
For everyone currently looking for a job, please take time to read and understand the job post before applying.
Check the position, schedule, location, requirements, responsibilities, and expectations. If everything is clear and you believe you can commit, then apply!
Kay honestly, sayang ang oras sa tanan. 😅
Sometimes, we go through the whole process — initial interview, final interview, onboarding, training — and then suddenly:
“Dili diay nako kaya.”
“Need nako i-prioritize akong health.”
“Need nako i-prioritize akong mental health.”
“Dili ko sugtan sa akong mama.”
“Personal reasons.” 😅
Of course, we respect genuine health concerns and legitimate personal circumstances. Life happens, and sometimes situations really change.
But if the concern was already something you knew before applying, then maybe that should have been considered before starting the process.
Before you apply, ask yourself:
👉 Can I commit to the schedule?
👉 Am I comfortable with the job responsibilities?
👉 Can I report to the office consistently?
👉 Do I have the support I need to continue?
👉 And most importantly, am I making this decision for myself? 😂
Kay basin kinahanglan na gyud nato i-add sa requirements:
“FIT TO WORK + PARENTS’ CONSENT + CERTIFICATE OF INDEPENDENT DECISION-MAKING.” 🤣
Again, this is not about discouraging anyone from applying. It’s about respecting time — yours and ours.
Think carefully. Ask questions. Understand the job.
Then when you say YES, make sure you’re ready to stand by that decision.
Because getting hired is an opportunity. Staying committed is a decision. 💯
