SLI PROJECT MANAGER
May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
Oversee all aspects of projects.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Responsible for project scope, schedule, and cost control.
Ensured successful and timely installations.
Developed personnel policies and procedures.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Improved cost control by eliminating needless expenses.
Recruited and trained installation team.
Monitor Field Installers/Technicians output of FTTH and Copper.
Analyze field reports and prepare documents with coordination to higher management.
Daily monitoring of PR, WAR, Project Zero (Installation and Repair) for FTTH and Copper
Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering tools, materials and PPE; for completing installation.
Monitoring of Required materials needed for Installation and Repair PR thru Logistics.
SLI LOGISTICS
Ensuring planned tasks have the required materials by following, tracking and escalating delays with materials delivery.
Managing order confirmation, receipt and receivable of goods inwards.
Managing items dispatch and return not use materials for storage or credit.
Ability to manage responsibilities to meet demanding schedule, quality and documentation requirements for material management and handling.
Logistics officers are also responsible for the movement of materials to a warehouse location in preparation for shipment, and also conduct receiving activities.
Ensure materials are appropriately stored
Audit materials systems.
Manage and maintain inventory to operating levels to avoid lacking supply
Program the final inventory of materials prior to shipment
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, etc.
Has warehouse experience is an advantage
INSTALLER/TECHNICIAN
Preferably between 18-45 years of age; MALE
Maintains assigned tools and equipment in good operating condition by following instructions
Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Establishes initial service by understanding system requirements, ordering and staging components, coordinating installation, and testing functionality and performance
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Does the installation or/and repair of voice and data lines (copper or fiber).
Must have good technical skills to effectively and solve problems. They must be familiar with a variety of phone systems and be able to perform a wide range of services, from basic repair to full installation.
Ability to climb trailer ladders safely
SLI DRIVER/INSTALLER
Preferably between 18-45 years of age; MALE
Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks ensuring any defects found are reported to the Immediate Superior
Responsible for maintaining all assigned company tools and/or equipment on assigned service truck, as well as preventive maintenance of assigned company vehicle
Maintain a professional attitude in appearance and actions
Ability to climb trailer ladders safely
Adhere to company guidelines on Health & Safety at Work
Must Have Professional Driver’s License
FLEET ADMIN
• Performed general admin support and other clerical tasks.
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicles.
• Fleet data recording (fuel & mileage, maintenance, accident, driver details, vehicle side tools)
• Ensuring compliance with government rules and regulations.
• Coordinating vendors for the repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Vehicle Fuel Monitor reporting
• Vehicle Daily Deployment reporting
• Assigning available transportation for the office and field personnel.
• Process vehicles equipment condition such as tires, glass or other necessary to pass vehicle inspection
• Issuance of purchase order for gasoline/diesoline.
• Process any billing concern pertaining vehicles problem/concern including gasoline.
• Inspection of vehicles as they leave and return.
• Monitors the actual release and return of the fleet vehicles for maintaining standard system recording of release and return of the vehicle from the user.
