Steps to take if you are experiencing issues with your Converge Internet

⚠️Visit Converge ICT Support for any advisories in your area:

⚠️If you know someone in your area that is also a subscriber of converge ask them if they experience the same issue
(✅if yes : outage / ❌ if no: isolated issue)

⚠️Observe the light indicator of your modem to know the cause of your issue:

Light status and possible scenarios:

🟢Blinking pon?
-your modem needs to be reconfigured.
-modem has been reset to factory settings.
-(for older modems) this might be a sign of temporary disconnection

🔴Blinking los? (red light)
-broken, bent, or loose fiber line (physical patch cord or dropwire)
-network outage

🟢🟢if all lights are normal🟢🟢

❗prompting to sign in to network via GOFIBER . PH website
(or /no internet light)
-has something to do with account activation
-on going activity, maintenance and migration in the area.

-billing related (temporary disconnected)

Try doing a basic troubleshooting:
【1】Switch off your modem for 5 minutes then switch it back on.
【2】Check the condition of the fiber patch cord for any break, bend or damage.
【3】Ensure that both ends of the fiber patch cord is inserted correctly.
【4】Try to detach and re-attach both ends of the fiber patch cord.

note: fiber patch cord is the thin cable [yellow or blue with green or blue heads] that connects your modem to your wall (white box) drop wire termination.
