FYI: You can buy windows 10 just for under 300 pesos in Ebay. All you need is a debit/credit card and an Ebay.ph account.

Just head to ebay and login with an account. Search for "windows 10" and find a vendor of your choosing should you find the price that is right for you. Don't be afraid to enter your card details if you are 100% sure that you don't have any sort of malware on your PC. When in doubt, use the ebay mobile app instead. Once payment have been made, you can wait for the vendor to send you the activation key just within 5 hours of purchase.

Make sure you are buying from a trusted seller that are 1.) Have been in ebay for years and years 2.) Have good reviews from customers. You can find the link to the seller profile from the product page.
