Hello Ka Games Bond. Sa mga nagdaan araw ang connection sa shop ay unstable dahil sa serbisyo ng PLDC este PLDT. Marahil ang iba ay naiinis pero nakita o narinig siguro ng ilan na ginagawa natin ang lahat para maging ok it. Tumawag na sa hotline 177 tayo para escalate ang issue sa internet pero hindi pa din sapat. So isang hakbang ulit ang ginawa natin. Nag email tayo sa NTC (National Telecommunications Commission).

Attached ang proof email ko. Hintayin natin ang reply nila.
