If someone had told me months ago that I would come this far, I probably wouldn’t have believed them.
There was a time when I was struggling deeply. On my days off, I would go to bars several times a month, and I coped with stress and sadness by eating without control. I felt stuck physically, mentally, and emotionally.
But one day, something shifted.
I decided to work on myself. Slowly. Quietly. Consistently.
I began prioritizing my health by taking my weekly tirzepatide shots since it was safe as long as you will be guided accordingly, going to the gym regularly, and even on my busiest days, making sure I at least walked or exercised at home. No excuses. Just commitment.
It hasn’t been easy, and this is only the beginning, but in less than two months, I can already see and feel the difference. Not just in my body, but in my mindset.
This journey is not just about losing weight.
It’s about gaining discipline.
Gaining confidence.
Gaining control over your life again.
And I am genuinely proud of how far I’ve come.
