If you are experiencing a slow, unstable, or intermittent internet connection, we recommend restarting your router and antenna(if any) by unplugging it for 1–2 minutes and then plugging it back in.

Over time, routers may accumulate temporary system errors or network congestion, which can affect performance. Restarting the router refreshes the connection, clears temporary issues, and allows the device to obtain a new IP address from the network if needed. This process often helps restore a stable and reliable internet connection.

Please be advised that temporary internet interruptions may occur due to continuous thunderstorms and unstable weather conditions. As a safety precaution, we may temporarily shut down some wireless connections to protect our transmission towers and network equipment from lightning strikes and power surges. This helps prevent severe equipment damage and longer restoration times.

For your safety, we strongly advise all subscribers to turn off and unplug their antenna, router, and other internet equipment during thunderstorms to avoid possible damage caused by lightning and sudden power fluctuations.

Please do not reset, reconfigure, or make any changes to your router or antenna settings during this time. Internet connection will automatically return once the weather conditions become safe and stable and services are fully restored.
