We sincerely apologize for the ongoing loss of internet connection affecting our clients in NHV, Katuparan, Lingunan, Matandang barrio and Balasing. The interruption started at 11:00 PM and is still ongoing as of this time. The issue was caused by a damaged wire due to rodents (daga).

Please be informed that our technician is already in the affected area to inspect and repair the damaged wire as soon as possible.

Nais po naming ipaalam na patuloy pa ring nakakaranas ng unstable internet connection dahil sa kasalukuyang issue sa C2C Singapore Link, na kasalukuyang down.

Bukod dito, ang C2C Hong Kong Link ay kasalukuyang sumasailalim sa maintenance, na maaaring makaapekto rin sa international connectivity.

Maaaring makaranas ng:
🔹 Mabagal na internet connection
🔹 Intermittent connection
🔹 Hirap sa pag-access ng ilang websites at applications
🔹 Pansamantalang hindi pag-access sa ilang online services gaya ng GCash

Patuloy naming mino-monitor ang sitwasyon at nakikipag-coordinate sa aming upstream providers para sa agarang restoration.
