Please be advised that emergency maintenance will be conducted at the Cable & Internet Distribution Hub today to facilitate the replacement of the existing UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply).

📢 ADVISORY: SCHEDULED INTERNET MAINTENANCE

Please be advised that Coop CATV | Internet will be conducting a scheduled maintenance activity today, starting at 5:00 PM.

The activity involves the transfer of the main Internet connection to a new fiber-optic line. As part of the transfer, the fiber-optic line will undergo splicing and necessary configuration to establish the new connection.

⚠️ EXPECTED INTERNET INTERRUPTION

During the maintenance activity, Internet service will be completely unavailable. The estimated duration is approximately 1 hour or more, depending on the progress of the fiber splicing, configuration, and testing of the new connection.

Subscribers are advised to plan accordingly and, if possible, complete any Internet-dependent activities before the scheduled maintenance begins.

We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary service interruption may cause. This activity is being carried out to facilitate the transfer to the new fiber-optic line and improve the reliability of the Internet connection.
