Inter-Island Information Systems, Inc. is in need of the following:
Customer Service Representative/Support:
Communicate with clients to provide necessary information in response to all their queries about the products/services and to help in handling issues/complaints of the clients.
Qualifications:
graduate of Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
must have extensive knowledge of Computer Usage and Internet Navigation
above average English communication skills ( both verbal and written)
excellent customer service orientation
willing to work on a graveyard schedule or flexible time which may include Saturday, Sunday and holiday.
willing to work in Binondo, Manila

Account Manager:
Acts as the primary contact person between his/her company and different clients.
Qualifications:
graduate of any business related courses or equivalent.
must have extensive knowledge of the product
must have good IT skills
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
must have good negotiation skills.
must have the ability to work adequately to deadlines.
willing to work in Binondo, Manila
