Cutover completed at our client’s site located in Gateway Tower, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City. ✅

Our client will be decommissioning their 15th floor and we transferred their network servers to the 14th floor. We terminated new fiber shelves from the 14th to the 16th floor to provide connectivity to the network switches located on the 16th floor.

We successfully transferred the core switch, firewalls, vHosts, edge routers, console system, Meraki device, and CCTV NVRs. We also completed all patching works to establish full connectivity, finishing the entire activity in just 5 hours.

All devices were installed seamlessly, with proper cable management to ensure a clean and well-organized server room.

After a year of traveling from one site to another, the Cisco Refresh has been successfully completed across all our client’s sites in the Philippines. The final activity was completed at Robinsons Santa Rosa, Laguna. ✅ 12 out of 12 sites done.

Our team replaced the existing core switch and 47 network switches with the client’s newly purchased units, completing the entire activity in under 8 hours. A total of 18 switches were prioritized and brought up within the first 2 hours, together with the core switch and other critical network servers, to avoid prolonged downtime for the client.

All devices were installed seamlessly, with proper cable management to ensure a clean and well-organized server room.

Cisco Refresh successfully completed at our client’s site in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. ✅

What was originally scheduled for next year was carried out on short notice due to unforeseen circumstances on the client’s side. Our team immediately flew to Bacolod City to proceed with the refresh and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

The project involved the replacement of the existing core switch and 42 network switches with the client’s newly purchased units. All devices were installed seamlessly, with proper cable management to maintain a clean and well-organized server room.
