Not sure what your modem's indicator lights are telling you? Understanding these lights can help you quickly identify whether your internet is working properly or if there's an issue that needs attention.
๐ถ Modem Light Guide
๐ POWER
๐ข ON โ Modem is powered on.
โซ OFF โ No power. Check if the power adapter is securely plugged into the power outlet.
๐ PON (Fiber Connection)
๐ข ON โ Fiber connection is active and working normally.
๐ข BLINKING โ High optical reading or unable to connect to the internet. Please contact CTNI Support.
โซ OFF โ No fiber signal detected.
๐จ LOS (Loss of Signal)
โซ OFF (No Light) โ Normal. Fiber signal is detected.
๐ด ON (Red Light) โ Fiber signal issue or no optical signal. Please contact CTNI Support.
๐ฅ๏ธ LAN 1 / LAN 2
๐ข ON โ A device is connected via LAN cable.
๐ข BLINKING โ Data is being transmitted.
โซ OFF โ No device is connected.
๐ก WiFi
๐ข ON โ WiFi is enabled.
๐ข BLINKING โ Wireless data activity.
๐ด OFF โ WiFi is disabled.
๐บ CATV
๐ข ON โ Cable TV signal is available.
โซ OFF โ No Cable TV signal detected.

Tips for a Stable Connection
Place your modem in an open, well-ventilated area.
Keep it away from heat sources and thick walls.
Restart your modem if you experience connection issues.
