My testimony is not about living a perfect life. It is about serving a perfect God who never gave up on me, even when I doubted Him.
There were countless nights when I cried myself to sleep because of the burdens I carried. There were moments when I questioned why life had to be so difficult. I prayed for financial breakthroughs, for peace of mind, for my family's well-being, and for strength to keep going. Sometimes it felt like my prayers were only met with silence. I wondered if God had forgotten me.
But looking back now, I realize He never left. Even in the silence, He was working. Even in the waiting, He was preparing me. Every delay had a purpose, every heartbreak carried a lesson, and every struggle drew me closer to Him.
God taught me that faith is not believing only when everything is going well. True faith is choosing to trust Him when life doesn't make sense, when the doors remain closed, when the answers haven't come, and when all I can do is kneel down and pray. He reminded me that His plans are always greater than my own and that His timing is never late.
There were days when I felt weak, exhausted, and ready to give up. Yet somehow, God always gave me enough strength to face another day. He surrounded me with people who encouraged me, protected me from dangers I never even knew existed, and blessed me in ways I didn't expect. He provided for my needs, comforted my heart, and reminded me that I was never fighting my battles alone.
I still have dreams that I continue to pray for. I still ask God to bless me financially, to help me pay my debts, to provide opportunities, and to allow me to become a blessing to others. But today, I no longer pray with fear. I pray with confidence because I know that the same God who has carried me this far will never abandon me. I believe that His promises are true and that His blessings will come at the perfect time.
My journey has taught me that God doesn't always remove the storm immediately, but He walks with us through it. His grace is enough. His mercy is new every morning. His love never fails.
If you are reading this and you're struggling, I want to encourage you: don't stop praying. Don't lose your faith because of what you see today. God sees every tear, hears every prayer, and knows every burden in your heart. He is working behind the scenes even when you cannot see it. Hold on a little longer because God is never finished with your story.
Today, I stand not because I am strong, but because God has been my strength. Everything I have and everything I hope to become is because of His grace. I may not have everything I want yet, but I have everything I need to keep trusting Him.
To my Lord and Savior, thank You for Your unconditional love, endless mercy, and unfailing faithfulness. Thank You for carrying me through every trial, for never giving up on me, and for reminding me every single day that I am never alone. I surrender my life, my dreams, my worries, and my future into Your hands. I trust Your plans, I trust Your timing, and I know that one day I will look back and understand why You made me wait.
To God be all the glory—today, tomorrow, and forever. Amen.
