Note: We cannot provide a fixed schedule as this is a Penelco-led activity. We will restore your connections immediately after the work is done. We appreciate your understanding.

We will begin disconnecting services for accounts that remain unpaid after the provided grace period.
Disconnections will start this February 5th.
Please settle your payments on time to avoid service interruptions. While our due date remains at the end of each month, disconnections will now be scheduled every 5th of the month.
