We are looking for five (5) 99 BOTTLES PRICING ANALYST.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The 99Bottles Pricing Analyst analyzes Chain templates/pricing reports and communicates pricing across the three-tier system in the beer industry.
2. The 99Bottles pricing analysts work closely with the pricing managers and the 99Bottles Director to communicate supplier trends, promotional updates, errors, and client escalations.
3. Be able to check pricing files (RAS, EDI, Rankers, etc.) for distributor clients of 99Bottles and also spot discrepancies/missing QDs/promotions
4. The 99Bottles Pricing Analysts are responsible to provide support to 99Bottles clients regarding software usage issues, queries, service queries, and Jira tickets.
5. The 99Bottles pricing analyst is responsible to provide quality resolution to 99Bottles clients via email, phone(outbound), or MS teams sessions.
6. Be able to adapt to LOB endorsement (WalmartBusiness, Premium Services, Retailer Business/Tobacco

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Good communication and presentation skills
2. Able to work on the night shift (Shift time: 9 pm - 6 am/8 pm - 5 am)
3. Knows at least the basics of Microsoft tools (Microsoft applications including Excel)
4. Strong critical thinking, client relations, and customer service skills
5. Flexible to changes in terms of job responsibilities (depending on the demands of the business)

2. Prepare Vouchers for payments
3. Validate accounts as well as bank certificates
4. Collate accounts of staff, travel advances, and other expenses relating to entertainment and travel
5. Give appraisal on all payment applications for appropriate authorization
6. Evaluate and update information and carry out validation of data for accuracy
7. Ensure proper review of accounts for appropriate supervision of transactions, and for suitable placement to designated areas
8. Track and post income, expenses, and gifts
9. Prepare Journal Entries, Ledgers, and Financial Statements.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least a University degree in Financial Management or other related courses
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Possess excellent understanding of computer programs, such as Microsoft Access and Excel, as well as knowledge of general accounting theories and guidelines
4. Ability to perform basic and higher mathematical calculations

Update for our program, we were able to produce 40 bags, for 40 families that desperately needed our assistance after the 7.3 magnitude earthquake that occurred last July 27, 2022.
