In search for team mates for upcoming development projects and are looking for Junior Backend Developers and Junior Full-Stack Developers. These roles are available in a Remote or Hybrid setup.

Who We Are Looking For:
Fresh graduates from any field of study are encouraged to apply, provided you possess strong foundational knowledge in web-based applications and mobile development.

Technical Requirements
Frameworks: Foundational knowledge of Node.js, React, or React Native.

Backend: Experience with APIs (REST), backend systems, and databases.

Version Control: Proficiency in GitHub and a commitment to system documentation.

Architecture: Familiarity with serverless architecture (AWS expertise is a significant asset).

Tools: Familiarity with Figma and collaborative platforms.

Modern Dev Flow: Proficiency with AI tools and code IDEs such as Claude Code and Cursor or equivalent.

Additional Details
Mobile Dev: Essential experience in mobile development.

Deployment: Remote or Hybrid Setup.

🌿 ZircuVia in Puerto Princesa — Our First Field Visit!

The IOL Inc. team recently completed our first on-site visit to Puerto Princesa City as part of the development of ZircuVia, our Smart Circular Tourism Platform being built under the EU-Philippines Green Economy Partnership (EU-PH GEPP), implemented by UNDP Philippines and funded by the European Union's Global Gateway Initiative.

A highlight of the trip was a courtesy call with Mayor Lucilo Bayron of Puerto Princesa City, who expressed his support for ZircuVia's potential to strengthen the city's environmental and tourism management systems.

During the visit, our team also engaged with key city offices — including CENRO, the City Treasurer's Office, and LEDIPO — and participated in a Stakeholder and Value Chain Mapping Workshop led by UNDP. We gathered valuable on-the-ground insights that will directly shape the platform's features, particularly the Environmental Fee Module and the Eco-Business Directory.

Puerto Princesa is a city that truly walks its talk on sustainability — and we're honored to be building tools that help it go further. 🦋🌊

✅ 14 local MSMEs participated from various sectors including general merchandise, hotel/accommodation, weaving, and tourism
