PC running slow, freezing, or suddenly having problems? Sometimes, the culprit is the storage drive.

A customer brought their PC to our shop experiencing storage-related issues. Upon checking the SSD, we found:

❌ SSD Health: 0%
⚠️ Failure Predicted

The SSD was already in a critical condition and was no longer reliable for everyday use.

WHAT WE DID:

✅ Replaced the defective SSD with a brand-new SSD
✅ Reformatted the PC
✅ Fresh Windows installation
✅ Installed basic apps and essential programs
✅ Performed system checks after installation
✅ Tested the PC to make sure everything was working properly

PRO TIP:
Do not wait for your SSD or HDD to completely fail before replacing it. If your storage drive is showing critical health, warnings, or failure-predicted status, it is a good idea to back up your important files and have the drive checked immediately.

PC TROUBLESHOOT and MAINTENANCE!

Another PC unit brought to our shop with a NO DISPLAY issue.

After proper troubleshooting and component testing, we identified not just one, but two faulty components:

❌ Defective Motherboard
❌ Defective Graphics Card (GPU)

Both components were replaced to restore the PC's functionality.

Aside from the repair, the entire PC unit also received a thorough cleaning and basic maintenance to help remove accumulated dust and keep the system running properly.

Remember: A PC with no display can be caused by different components. Proper troubleshooting is important before replacing parts to avoid unnecessary expenses.

PC DIAGNOSIS and TROUBLESHOOTING

Power ON, but NO DISPLAY?

A customer brought in this PC unit with a common but frustrating problem: the computer powers on, but there is no display on the monitor.

Our technician performed a series of troubleshooting and component checks to isolate the cause. After testing the different components, we found the culprit:

🎯 FAULTY GRAPHICS CARD (GPU)

Upon inspection, the GPU showed signs of corrosion and wet/moisture marks, indicating possible liquid or moisture exposure. Based on the condition and testing results, the GPU is most likely experiencing a short circuit or internal failure, resulting in the no-display issue.

Reminder:
If your PC suddenly has no display, don't immediately assume that the monitor or motherboard is defective. Proper diagnosis is important to identify the actual faulty component and avoid unnecessary replacement costs.
