Another satisfied customer! We just finished a full upgrade and tune-up on this unit — here is what we did:

What we worked on:

✅ Installed an additional 8GB DDR4 RAM → now rocking 16GB DDR4

✅ Added a GT 1030 2GB DDR5 GPU for multi-monitor support

✅ Replaced the CMOS battery (her clock and BIOS settings were not saving properly)

Customer brought in this PC because it was stuck on the motherboard logo during boot. Sa unang tingin, parang motherboard or RAM issue — pero after further troubleshooting, ang sira pala ay ang SSD na sa amin din nya nabili months before. Pasok pa naman sa warranty sa aming supplier kaya its all good :)

Symptoms:
✅ Powers on normally
✅ Fans and RGB working
✅ Display output present
❌ Stuck on POST/logo screen
❌ Cannot boot into Windows

Troubleshooting done:
✅ Checked BIOS access
✅ Tested RAM
✅ Reseated cables
✅ Isolated the SSD

After disconnecting the SSD, the system booted normally into BIOS — confirming the SSD failure.

This is why proper diagnosis is important. A failing SSD can mimic motherboard, RAM, or OS problems.
