Service Advisory – Mainline Fiber Affected Due to Vehicular Incident

Good day,

Please be informed that DNS Network and Data Solution experienced a network incident earlier today, January 28, 2026, at approximately 6:30 AM, due to a vehicular fire incident along Aguinaldo Highway, Anabu 1E, Imus, Cavite.

As a result of the incident, one of our main fiber lines was affected. However, we would like to assure everyone that network traffic has been automatically rerouted to our backup line, minimizing service disruption.

Our technical and field teams are currently:
● Assessing the extent of the fiber damage
● Coordinating restoration works
● Continuously monitoring network stability

At this time, services remain operational, though temporary latency or intermittent connection may be experienced by some users.

DNS Network is exerting maximum effort to fully restore and secure the affected mainline as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
