To all our dearest customers, wag po magtatampo or magsasabi ng kung ano ano kung bakit ganyan price namin kasi sa halip na may itawad pa kami sa inyo napupunta na po ung kita sa fees na hindi naman dapat kami ang naghahandle. Halos lahat ng gastos ng packaging and printing sa aming mga seller, bukod pa sa mga return packages fee - Lahat po ng binabalik niyo na item, may fee na po ito kay Shopee at maging aware po tayo sa pagbabalik. Pasensya na din po kasi mula sa amin, binabalot po talaga namin ng maayos, ngunit dahil sa paiba ibang paghandle ng logistics/courier/rider, hindi na po namin alam kung nasa mabuti pang kalagayan ang item. Ang customer po may item protection sa return and refund, pero ang seller po wala, lugi talaga. Kaya humahanga kami sa mga seller na nagpapa-PISO DEAL kasi wala na po talagang kita iyon, mamigay na lang talaga. Swerte kayo makareceive kayo ng maayos na item sa piso deal.
