Relationship Manager Executive (ICT & Telecom)
Location: ( ILOILO BASED PANAY) REGION 6 WESTERN VISAYAS.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Relationship Manager Executive to join our ICT and Telecom team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in government and private-sector bidding, sales acquisition, and public relations, with the ability to establish, nurture, and grow strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand relationships with local government units (LGUs) and private-sector clients.
Lead and participate in bidding processes, including bid preparation, proposal development, documentation, and compliance.
Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to increase market pe*******on in ICT and Telecom solutions.
Deliver effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution briefings to key stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, operations) to ensure end-to-end ex*****on of sales and bid requirements.
Build and maintain positive brand presence through public relations activities and client engagement.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and relevant government procurement updates (e.g., PhilGEPS).
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, Telecommunications, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ICT/Telecom account management, business development, or sales.
Proven experience in government bidding (LGUs, NGAs) and/or private sector procurement.
Strong understanding of ICT and telecom products, solutions, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in PR, client-facing roles, and stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project coordination.
